Abstract:
The present invention provides a discovery of a new compound that can be used as a muscle relaxant. Specifically, the present invention provides a compound represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. In general formula (I), X1, X2, X3, and X4 each independently represent hydrogen or an alkoxy group having 1-3 carbon atoms, at least two of X1, X2, X3, and X4 each represent an alkoxy group having 1-3 carbon atoms, Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, and Y5 each independently represent hydrogen or an alkoxy group having 1-3 carbon atoms, at least two of Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, and Y5 each represent an alkoxy group having 1-3 carbon atoms, n represents 0 or 1, and L represents a linker having 5-20 atoms in the main chain.
