Abstract:
A muscular strength training method comprising restraining a knee (53) from both inside and outside by restraining members (30) when one sits with one knee drawn up, and executing the operations of pushing the knee (53) to the inside and outside restraining members (30). A muscular strength training machine comprising a pair of right and left restraining members (30) for restraining the knee (53) from both inside and outside and turning means (20) for turnably supporting both restraining members (30) substantially around a horizontal axis and fixing them at a predetermined turning angle, or imparting to both restraining members (30) supported turnably the resistance in an opposite direction to their turning direction.
