Abstract:
Provided are: a music content recommendation device for recommending music content customized for a musical performer; and a music content providing system comprising same. The music content recommendation device comprises: a musical symbol information extraction unit for extracting first musical symbol information, which is an element constituting sheet music, from a first MIDI file related to one's own performance, and extracting second musical symbol information from a second MIDI file related to another's performance; a sheet music generation unit for generating first sheet music on the basis of the first musical symbol information, and generating second sheet music on the basis of the second musical symbol information; an evaluation unit for comparing the first sheet music and the second sheet music, and detecting, in the first sheet music, bars which are different from bars in the second sheet music; and a content recommendation unit for extracting a bar group including a plurality of bars on the basis of the bars which are different from the bars in the second sheet music, detecting music for which the sheet music includes bars identical or similar to those of the bar group, and recommending the detected music as music content.
