Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a music education assistance system with which the joy of music can be conveyed and the interest in and sensitivity to music can be induced even to young children who are not proficient at operating musical instruments or do not understand notes, musical scores, or the like. The music education assistance system comprises a computer connected to a communication network, the system comprising: a first phrase-block data storage unit for storing first phrase-block data wherein a piece of sound data representing one or more sounds is associated with a piece of first graphic data representing the number of the sounds; a phrase-block data selection indication unit for urging a user to select the desired piece of the first phrase-block data from among a plurality of pieces of the first phrase-block data; and an audio output means for outputting the piece of sound data associated with the selected first phrase-block data.
