Abstract:

Specifically, disclosed are uses of a mussel adhesive protein or a preparation thereof for mucosal protection against ultraviolet damage and the like, radiation damage such as electromagnetic radiation, rays, computer radiation and the like, a high-temperature object and the like, a low-temperature object and the like, seawater damage and the like, damage from environmental pollution and the like, a chemical agent irritation, and damage from an irritant drug and food.
