Abstract:
A mussel spat wrapping machine, solving the problems of low production efficiency and high production costs of manual suturing of a mussel spat wrapping cloth. The mussel spat wrapping machine comprises a machine frame (1) provided with a first conveying mechanism (2) and a second conveying mechanism (3), wherein a conveyor belt (4) is provided in front of the first conveying mechanism (2); a clamping mechanism (5) for clamping or releasing the mussel spat wrapping cloth and an aquaculture rope is provided above the conveyor belt (4); the clamping mechanism (5) is equipped with a transmission device (6); a mussel spat releasing device (7), a cloth folding mechanism (8), and a suturing mechanism (9) are sequentially provided in front of the clamping mechanism (5); the suturing mechanism (9) is equipped with a shearing mechanism (10). The clamping mechanism (5) simultaneously fixes the mussel spat wrapping cloth conveyed by the first conveying mechanism (2) and the aquaculture rope conveyed by the second conveying mechanism (3), and moves the mussel spat wrapping cloth and the aquaculture rope forward; when moving to a certain position, the mussel spat wrapping cloth and the aquaculture rope are released so as to fall onto the conveyor belt (4); the mussel spat releasing device (7) delivers mussel spats to the periphery of the aquaculture rope; the mussel spat wrapping cloth tightly wraps the aquaculture rope by means of the cloth folding mechanism (8), and is sutured by the suturing mechanism (9); and then, the shearing mechanism (10) cuts off a suture line, and mussel spat wrapping is completed.
