Abstract:
Provided are a TGFβRII mutant fragment and an application thereof. The TGFβRII mutant fragment comprises at most 122 amino acids of a C-terminal of a TGFβRII extracellular domain, a flexible fragment, and an N-terminal fragment of the TGFβRII extracellular domain. An N-terminal of the flexible fragment is linked to a C-terminal of the N-terminal fragment of the TGFβRII extracellular domain. A C-terminal of the flexible fragment is linked to an N-terminal of a C-terminal fragment of the TGFβRII extracellular domain. A TGFβRII mutant containing the fragment has the same biological activity as wild-type TGFβRII, and during preparation, the content of fragments of the TGFβRII mutant is significantly reduced with respect to that the content of fragments of the wild-type TGFβRII. By binding the TGFβRII mutant with TGFβ on the surface of a tumor cell, the purpose of controlling the content of TGFβ in a tumor microenvironment is achieved, thereby effectively preventing and treating tumors.
