Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to efficiently produce a cutinase-like enzyme by finding a peptidase or a protease that is involved in the decomposition of the cutinase-like enzyme and inhibiting the activity of the peptidase or the peptidase. By introducing a mutation to the gene of at least one type of peptidase or protease that is involved in the decomposition of PaE, a yeast is provided in which the activity of the peptidase or protease is inhibited.
