Abstract:
A mute door lock comprises a panel (1), a lining plate assembly (2), a box bottom assembly (3), a handle shifting core (4), a buffering handle (5), and a buffering bolt (6). The buffering handle (5) comprises a handle (51), a volute spring (52), a shifting plate (53), and a damper (54). The handle (51) penetrates through a handle mounting hole (11) in the panel (1) and then is sequentially embedded in the volute spring (52), the shifting plate (53) and the damper (54). The buffering bolt (6) comprise a bolt (61), a bolt reset spring (62), a sound-attenuation fixed-sleeve (63), a bolt guide sheet (64), a bolt pull rod (65). The sound-attenuation fixed-sleeve (63) consists of a sound-attenuation fixed-sleeve front-cover (631), two O-shaped rings (632), and a sound-attenuation fixed-sleeve rear-cover (633). A damping chamber (6312) is disposed at the center of the sound-attenuation fixed-sleeve front-cover (631). A proper amount of damping grease (63120) is introduced in the damping chamber (6312). The two O-shaped rings (632) seal the damping grease (63120) in the damping chamber (6312).
