Abstract:
A mute key assembly and a keyboard having same. The mute key assembly comprises a press shaft (5), and the press shaft is in a reciprocating motion along the length direction thereof. The mute key assembly further comprises a first elastic tab (6); one end of the first elastic tab is fixed on a circuit board (2), and the other end of the first elastic tab extends in a direction distant from the circuit board to form a free end (62). In a plane perpendicular to the moving direction of the press shaft, the projection of the free end is intersected with the projection of the press shaft. The press shaft presses the free end on a mute contact of the circuit board in the length direction thereof, so that the first elastic tab, the mute contact, and the circuit board form a loop.
