Abstract:
Having a mycelial growth inhibitor contain an Artemisia capillaris extract having capillin as an active ingredient, a fatty acid glyceride and a surfactant having an HLB of 8-20, and a polyphenol exhibiting a pectin-degrading enzyme activity inhibitory action, makes it possible to provide a mycelial growth inhibitor with which it is possible to inhibit the growth of mycelia of fungi adhering to citrus fruits during storage or transport, and prevent mass decay caused by fruits decomposed due to multiplication of fungi and healthy fruits being placed next to each other.
