Abstract:
Disclosed are a nail art device and a method for selecting a pattern that enable easy selection of a pattern and printing of a pattern on a nail. The nail art device comprises: a printer frame having a printer head; a printer head movement unit for moving the printer head left and right; a printer frame movement unit for moving the printer frame front to back; a storage unit having a plurality of patterns to be printed on a nail and a menu for selecting the plurality of patterns; and a touch panel-type display unit that displays pattern buttons for selecting a pattern and menu buttons for selecting a menu. The menu buttons include a plurality of large classification menu buttons, which are displayed during the beginning stage of pattern selection, and a plurality of medium classification menu buttons, which are displayed when the large classification menu buttons have been pressed.
