Abstract:
Disclosed is a nail gun (100), comprising: a casing (11), a firing pin (14), a prime mover (12), a first air cylinder (131), a first piston (132), a second air cylinder (133), a second piston (134) and a locking member (151). A first chamber (131a) is formed in the first air cylinder (131). The first piston (132) is arranged in the first chamber (131a) and is fixedly connected to the firing pin (14). A second chamber (133a) in communication with the first chamber (131a) is formed in the second air cylinder (133). The second piston (134) is arranged in the second chamber (133a) and is driven by the prime mover (12) to reciprocate between a first position and a second position along a first linear direction. The locking member (151) is used for locking or releasing the motion of the first piston (132) in the first chamber (131a). A locking portion (135a) for cooperating with the locking member (151) is formed on or connected to the first piston (132), wherein when the second piston (134) is in the first position, the locking member (151) cooperates with the locking portion (135a) so as to lock the motion of the first piston (132) in the first chamber (131a); and when the second piston (134) is in the second position, the prime mover (12) drives the locking member (151) to disengage from cooperating with the locking portion (135a) so as to release the motion of the first piston (132) in the first chamber (131a). The nail gun has good working stability, low vibration and high reliability.
