Abstract:

A nail head assembly of a straight stitching and cutting device comprises a cartridge frame (1) and a push cutter rod (6). A safety block (12) is movably arranged on the lateral surface at the near end of the push cutter rod (6), and a boss (13) is arranged on the cartridge frame (1). In an initial state, the front end surface (14) at the far end of the safety block (12) is abutted against the boss (13), and moving of the push cutter rod (6) and the safety block (12) is limited. In a working state, the safety block (12) is far away from the push cutter rod (6), and the front end surface (14) at the far end of the safety block (12) is relatively separated from the boss (13). The present invention provides a safety mechanism arranged in the nail head assembly, which can prevent mistaken percussion caused by push cutter rod forward moving when being stressed by outer force in the transport process on the condition that the nail head assembly is not completely installed in place.
