Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nano cellulose modified by in situ polymerization with lactic acid and preparation method therefor, belonging to the field of material science. A nano cellulose modified by in situ polymerization with lactic acid and preparation method thereof are provided; by adding a microcrystalline cellulose dried by constant temperature to sulfuric acid solution, and reacting them to obtain a solid nano cellulose powder(NCC); after drying the solid nano cellulose powder, adding them with lactic acid and catalyst into a flask with three necks, removing the ungrafted lactic acid homopolymer, and finally vacuum drying, a modified nano crystalline cellulose (g-NCC) is obtained. The nano cellulose is modified by in situ polymerization with lactic acid in the invention, to obtain a lactic acid oligomer chain covalently linked with the cellulose. The lactic acid oligomer chain on the surface of the nano cellulose can significantly enhance the compatibility of the nano cellulose with poly(lactic acid), significantly improve the strength of poly(lactic acid), reduce the production cost of poly(lactic acid) materialand has a broad application prospect.
