Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nano-cutter coating and a preparation method therefor. The nano-cutter coating of the present invention comprises a cutter base body, and a transition layer, a support layer, an interface layer, and a functional top layer sequentially deposited on a surface of the cutter base body; the transition layer is a Ti transition layer; the support layer is a TiAlTaN gradient coating; the interface layer is a WS2/TaO nano-multilayer coating; the functional top layer is a TiAlN/WS2/TaO composite coating; a nano-scale corrugated structure is introduced between interfaces of the layers by means of femtosecond laser technology, so as to regulate interlayer bonding strength, so that the cutter coating integrally exhibits a "hard-tough-hard" three-layer composite structure, thereby implementing joint optimization of mechanical properties and long-acting self-lubrication and affinity reduction functions.
