Abstract:
A Raman spectroscopy apparatus using a nano printing device is provided to perform Raman spectroscopy on a nanoscale nanostructure printed from a nano printing device. The Raman spectroscopy apparatus comprises: a laser light source that generates a laser beam irradiated onto a nanostructure; and a Raman detector that collects spectroscopic information from light scattered by the nanostructure.
