Abstract:
Disclosed are a nano silicon-carbon modified graphene special anti-corrosion coating and a preparation method therefor. The coating comprises the following raw materials in percentages by mass: 25%-50% of a polymer resin, 1%-10% of a nano silicon-carbon modified graphene slurry, 1%-3% of an adherence promoter, 12%-20% of a pigment, 3%-9% of a resin modifier, 1%-3% of a catalyst, 2%-8% of an auxiliary, 1%-3% of a rheological agent, 0.5%-2% of a dispersant, 0.1%-1% of a defoamer, 5%-10% of a co-solvent and 12%-25% of a filler. The coating has excellent high-temperature and high-pressure corrosion resistance, resisting temperatures of up to 300ºC. A coating layer has strong adhesion, a high crosslinking density, excellent steam resistance, and a very strong penetration resistance to a liquid medium, a lubricated surface, good impact resistance and abrasion resistance, and integrated primer and finish. The coating is simple to prepare and is convenient for construction. The coating can be widely used for anti-corrosion of an oil and gas field casing, an oil tube, a drill pipe, a drill collar and a gathering pipeline, and effectively prolong the service life of an oil and gas pipeline. The coating can replace imported products.
