Abstract:
The present invention provides a nano solubilized porous body formed having a dutasteride, a specific surfactant, and specific oil mixture encapsulated in the pores of a nano solubilized porous body which comprises a plurality of pores having a diameter of 100 nm or less. The invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition, in tablet form, which comprises the nano solubilized porous body, and a method for producing the nano solubilized porous body. The nano solubilized porous body according to the present invention is capable of significantly improving the solubility of the poorly soluble drug dutasteride, minimizing the quantity of nano porous bodies used, so as to be usable in formulating a pharmaceutical composition having excellent drug compliance, and is able to avert, when formulated in tablet form, tableting problems such as sticking and can effectively improve the dissolution rate of dutasteride.
