Abstract:
The present invention provides a nano-wire-carbon nano-tube hybrid film having excellent permeability and conductivity as well as improved durability and flexibility, and a manufacturing method thereof. Accordingly, the nano-wire-carbon nano-tube hybrid film of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a nano-wire layer formed on the substrate and including a metal nano-wire as a main component; a carbon nano-tube layer formed on the nano-wire layer, including a carbon nano-tube as a main component, and having a mesh structure with the nano-wire layer; and a top coating layer formed on the carbon nano-tube layer and having an insulating property.
