Abstract:
A nanocable component comprising a power line core conductor (1), a power line core conductor insulating layer (2), a power line core semiconductive layer (3), a ground line core conductor (4), a ground line core semiconductive layer (5), a semiconductive filler (6), and a sheath (7). The sheath (7) is provided at the outermost layer of the whole. The semiconductive filler (6) is provided in a gap enclosed by the power line core semiconductive layer (3) and the ground line core semiconductive layer (5). The ground line core conductor (4) is provided at an extremity of the semiconductive filler (6). The ground core semiconductive layer (5) is provided on the outside of the ground line core conductor (4) and forms a ground line with the ground line core conductor (4). The power line core conductor (1) is provided at a side of the semiconductive filler (6). The power line core conductor insulating layer (2) is provided on the outer surface of the power line core conductor (1). The power line core semiconductive layer (3) is provided on the outer surface of the power line core conductor insulating layer (2). The nanocable component is capable of improving the physical and mechanical properties of a mixture, reducing the production costs for wire and cable sheaths, and satisfying performance requirements on the wire and cable sheaths.
