Abstract:
Nanocapsules intended for a toxic drugs transfer to the sites of invasive diseases occurrence in patient body and method of their preparation Nanocapsules filled inside with aqueous solution of toxic drug, are hardened micelles of dimensions 20-250 nm and with coatings prepared from dextrans, compounds of silicon or chitosan, which are enclosed by the layer of cysteine peptidase inhibitor, with enzyme activity unit of purity ranging from 50 to 100 units in 1 mg of protein. Weight ratio of inhibitor to nanocapsules is ranged from 10 to 30 units counted over 1 g of nanocapsules bed. 10 Method for preparation of nanocapsules is based on the formation of micelles on the interface of chemical compounds with amphiphilic properties. Nanocapsules are obtained by solubilization of aqueous solution of therapeutic substance in a weak polar solvent, and coatings are formed by adding a substance into the outer phase, from which the coating is being formed, and by adding an oily substance, leading to the formation with coating substance a palisade accumulated on the water/oil interface. From obtained emulsion nanocapsules are precipitated, which are hardened and coupled by the immobilization method with cysteine peptidase inhibitor.
