This nanocarbon separation device (10) comprises: a separation tank (11) that stores a dispersion that includes nanocarbon; a first electrode (12) that is provided at an upper part of the inside of the separation tank (11); a second electrode (13) that is provided at a lower part of the inside of the separation tank (11); and a porous structure (14) that is provided inside the separation tank (11) between the first electrode (12) and the second electrode (13).
