Abstract:
Disclosed is a nanocellulose graded preparation system, comprising annular grooves (100) of different diameters, with the groove openings facing the centre, wherein the annular grooves (100) are arranged according to diameter from short to long, an edge of the groove opening of the annular groove (100) is provided with a channel flowing down to the annular groove (100) of the next stage of diameter, a grinding member and a stirring member driving an internal centrifugal motion are provided in the annular groove (100), the groove opening of the annular groove (100) with the shortest diameter is provided with a feeding device, and a processing solution is subjected to shearing, grinding and centrifugation in the annular grooves (100). Since the processing solution performs a centrifugal motion in the annular groove (100), some fine particles in the processing solution concentrate at the groove opening and overflow into the next stage of annular groove (100) with a larger diameter to repeat the centrifugal motion and shearing and grinding. Since the cylindrical shearing slice in the next stage of annular groove (100) has a greater diameter, the angular velocity of shearing and grinding the processing solution is faster, and the centrifugal force is greater, achieving the aim of sub-dividing the processing solution into coarse and fine solutes, saving on energy consumption in processing.
