Abstract:
The present invention provides a nanocrystalline alloy thin strip which has excellent magnetic characteristics including high saturation magnetic flux density and high magnetic permeability. This nanocrystalline alloy thin strip is represented by composition formula (Fe1-xAx)aSibBcCudMe, wherein A represents at least one of Ni and Co, M represents at least one element that is selected from among Nb, Mo, V, Zr, Hf and W, and a, b, c, d, e and x satisfy, in atom%, 75.0 ≤ a ≤ 81.0, 9.0 ≤ b ≤ 17.5, 5.0 ≤ c ≤ 10.0, 0.02 ≤ d ≤ 1.5, 0.1 ≤ e ≤ 3.5 and 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1; αFe crystal phases having an average crystal grain size of 50 nm or less accounts for 40% or more in terms of volume fraction; the saturation magnetic flux density is 1.36 T or more; the ratio Br/B8000 of the residual magnetic flux density Br to the magnetic flux density B8000 at a magnetic field of 8,000 A/m is 0.20 or more; and the maximum magnetic permeability is 4,000 or more.
