Provided is a nanofiber production device that prevents the abrasion that is produced between a turning outflow means and a power supply electrode and eliminates the work needed to replace parts, and the like.  A nanofiber production device (100) for stretching a starting liquor (300) in an airspace to produce a nanofiber (301) comprises an outflow means (115), which causes the starting liquor (300) to flow out into the airspace under centrifugal force; a drive source (117) for turning the outflow means (115); a power supply electrode (124) that is disposed a predetermined distance away from the outflow means (115) and is for feeding a charge to the starting liquor (300) via the outflow means (115); an electrostatic electrode (121) that is disposed a predetermined distance away from the outflow means (115) and is for applying potential of opposite polarity to that of the outflow means (115); and an electrostatic power source (122) for applying a predetermined voltage between the power supply electrode (124) and the electrostatic electrode (121).
