Abstract:

Disclosed is a nanometer artificial leather. The artificial leather is manufactured by means of a calendering method by adding a high-strength slurry. The high-strength slurry is made of components of the following weights: 100 portions of PVC resin power, 5 to 15 portions of a nanometer composite material, 10 to 40 portions of epoxidized soybean oil, 2 to 20 portions of a color masterbatch, 3 to 7 portions of a stabilizer and a blowing agent, and 20 to 40 portions of heavy calcium carbonate. The artificial leather of the present invention has desirable mechanical performance, and has desirable ventilation and anti-bacterium properties.
