Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of the preparation of non-ferrous metal alloys, and specifically discloses a nanoparticle-copper-iron composite alloy, and the preparation and use thereof. The preparation comprises the following steps: adding nanoparticles to a liquid Cu/Fe alloy in a physical or chemical manner under a high-temperature protective atmosphere, mixing and evenly dispersing same, then casting the uniformly mixed Cu/Fe melt having the nanoparticles into a blank, and subjecting the casting blank to a post-treatment. In the nanoparticle-copper-iron composite alloy casting blank prepared by using the method of the present invention, chemical components are stable, and the Fe element is evenly distributed and is free of segregation. The present invention can solve the problem of uneven distribution of an Fe-precipitated phase in a copper-iron alloy, and can realize the uniform distribution of an Fe-precipitated phase in a copper matrix on a submicron scale and even on a nanometer scale. In addition, compared with a traditional rapid cooling process and a powder metallurgy process, the process of the present invention is simpler and is more suitable for large-scale production.
