Abstract:
This nanopore structure: includes a first metal member in the form of a thin film that comprises through-holes and a second metal member that is disposed so as to narrow the diameters of the through-holes; and includes nanopores with diameters of 10 nm or less due to the first metal member and the second metal member. Moreover, this base sequence analysis device comprises a cis-chamber and a trans-chamber, a nanopore structure between the cis-chamber and the trans-chamber, a first electrode (working electrode) disposed in the cis-chamber, a second electrode (counter electrode) disposed in the trans-chamber, and a third electrode (reference electrode 2).
