Abstract:
The present invention relates to a technique for preparing a nanoporous polymer membrane by forming a nanowire array from a nanoparticle seed through hydrothermal synthesis, applying and curing a polymer layer, and then etching the nanowire. The nanoporous polymer membrane according to the present invention can have a variety of pore densities and a plate-shaped or cylinder-shaped structure, and thus can be applied to the biomedical field such as an ion channel, a biomolecule channel and the like including tissue engineering and cell growth, and to the environmental field such as a water treatment filter, chemical molecules and the like. In addition, the preparation method according to the present invention enables preparation of a nanoporous polymer membrane by a simple reaction of forming a polymer layer on a substrate on which a zinc oxide nanowire has been grown on the basis of hydrothermal synthesis at a low processing temperature and then etching the zinc oxide nanowire.
