Abstract:
Provided is a nanoprobe based on a biomaterial capable of self-reproduction, comprising: a binding component present in a first region of the biomaterial and capable of specifically binding to a target material; and nanoparticles, present in a second region of the biomaterial, for providing an optical detection signal. The nanoprobe enables the quantitative analysis and multiple analysis of a target material and facilitates mass production.
