Abstract:
A nanosat GMI sensor, comprising an outer housing and a circuit board (2) on which a GMI chip is adheringly mounted, the outer housing being provided with an interface (3); the outer housing comprises an upper casing (11) and a lower casing (12); the upper casing (11) comprises a top plate (111) and four side plates, an inner surface (112) of the top plate is provided with several first transverse reinforcement ribs (113) and several first longitudinal reinforcement ribs (114), the first transverse reinforcement ribs (113) and the first longitudinal reinforcement ribs (114) intersect to form several first intersection points, guide columns (115) having cavities (116) are provided at the several first intersection points, respectively, and shock absorption columns (117) are provided in the cavities (116); and the lower casing (12) comprises a bottom plate (125), the bottom plate (125) is provided with several second transverse reinforcement ribs (121) and several second longitudinal reinforcement ribs (122), the second transverse reinforcement ribs (121) and the second longitudinal reinforcement ribs (122) intersect to form several second intersection points, and heat dissipation columns (123) are provided at the several second intersection points, respectively. The described nanosat GMI sensor has the advantages of good heat dissipation, high outer housing strength and high measurement accuracy.
