Abstract:
The present invention provides a nanosilica-blended thermoplastic hot melt film excellent in adhesiveness which is prepared by blending nanosilica, wherein, regardless of whether fabrics are high or low in yarn texture density or have large or small weave holes, when the fabrics having the hot melt film inserted therebetween are bonded to each other by no-sew press, the heat and pressure does not allow the thermoplastic hot melt film to be melted and soak in a biased manner into only one of the fabrics, but to be distributed in a uniform manner across both the fabrics, thereby increasing the adhesive strength.
