Abstract:
Disclosed are a natural broad-spectrum preservative composition comprising a grapefruit seed extract and a use thereof. The composition mainly comprises a grapefruit seed extract, a hydroxamic acid, an aromatic alcohol, and one and more polyols, wherein the grapefruit seed extract is the main raw material, the hydroxamic acid has an inhibitory effect on fungus, and the aromatic alcohol has an inhibitory effect on bacteria.
