Abstract:
The present invention relates to a natural chaff thermal insulation board and to a production method for same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a natural chaff thermal insulation board which is made by mixing a chaff mixture comprising chaff and rice straw with a collagen mixture used as a binder and by curing the resulting mixture, and which is obtained by mixing the chaff, which is an environmentally friendly material having outstanding flame resistance and thermal insulation effect, and the rice straw, which has outstanding strength despite also having a porous structure and so being effective in sound insulation and heat insulation and being lightweight, in an appropriate ratio with the collagen. The present invention also relates to a production method for the natural chaff thermal insulation board.
