Abstract:
The present invention relates to a food composition for treating constipation according to body types, more specifically a natural food composition for treating constipation in a weak-bladder body type person, whose bladder and colon do not function as well as the stomach thereof, and comprises a powder or granule mixture of 21.67 weight % of psyllium husk powder, 34 weight % of cabbage powder, 8.33 weight % of apple powder, 6.67 weight % of barley powder, 18.33 weight % of pear powder, 1 weight % of solomon's seal powder, and 10 weight % of brown rice.
