Abstract:
This disclosure provides a navigation device that is capable of switching between a display of a direction sign and an enlarged view of an intersection and makes it unlikely for a driver to miss a target intersection. From the point where the distance between a vehicle and the installation location of a direction sign corresponding to a target intersection reaches a sign display distance (Df2), an image of the direction sign for the target intersection is displayed (S209). From the point where the distance between the vehicle and the target intersection reaches an enlarged view display distance (Dg2) that is shorter than the sign display distance (Df2), an image of an enlarged view of the intersection is displayed (S223).
