Abstract:
Provided is a navigation message reception device (300) equipped with a satellite receiver (330), satellite information acquisition units (S31, S61), and simple decision units (S33-S35, S66, S67, S95, S96, S106, S107, S113, S114, S125, S126). The satellite receiver receives navigation messages from space satellites used in a satellite positioning system. From a positioning device (200) that receives from an authentication center authenticating information in accordance with a navigation message received from a space satellite, and performs authentication thereof, the satellite information acquisition units acquire authenticated satellite information, which is information pertaining to a navigation message-transmitting space satellite for which authentication has been successful. Using the authenticated satellite information acquired by the satellite information acquisition units, the simple decision units decide whether a navigation message received by the satellite receiver is legitimate.
