[Problem] To provide an ND filter with IR cutting feature which is capable of planarizing the transmittance of light in the visible light region to a greater extent than the prior art, while being equipped with an infrared cutting feature. [Solution] An ND filter (1) pertaining to the present invention is equipped with: a substrate (10) having light transmissivity; an ND film (20) that is formed on the surface of the substrate (10), and that regulates the amount of visible light that is transmitted; and an IR cutting film (22) that is formed on the ND film (20), and that regulates the amount of infrared light that is transmitted.
