Abstract:
Disclosed is a near-bit measurement while drilling system (10), comprising a motor system (20), a measurement and transmission system (6), a wireless receiving system (5) and a non-magnetic pup joint (7). The measurement and transmission system (6) is arranged within the motor system (20). A transmitting device (64) of the measurement and transmission system (6) and a receiving device (51) of the wireless receiving system (5) are arranged in a non-magnetic inner cavity. An azimuth gamma and a wellbore inclination parameter at a stratum where a bit is located can be measured more accurately in real time during a bit drilling process, and can be transmitted to the wireless receiving system (5) in a real-time and wireless manner. Compared with a conventional measurement while drilling operation, the measurement position of the bit measurement while drilling system (10) is closer to the bit, a wellbore track description and a stratum gamma measurement are provided without lag, and the drilling catching rate is significantly improved. Compared with a conventional near-bit measurement while drilling operation, the near-bit measurement while drilling system (10) has a stronger wellbore track control ability (inclining and inclination correction) and describes geological parameters more accurately. Thereby, the reservoir drilling catching rate and the description of the wellbore track without lag are significantly improved, the drilling cost is reduced, and the recovery ratio is improved.
