Title:
NEAR-FIELD NOISE SUPPRESSION FILM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/002276
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a noise suppression film in which unevenness in electromagnetic noise absorptivity is reduced. The noise suppression film is produced by first forming a Ni thin film by vapor deposition on one surface of a drawn plastic film made of polyethylene terephthalate, and then thermally treating the film for 10 minutes to 1 hour at a temperature within the range of 110 to 170°C in which thermal contraction can occur. In this noise suppression film, (a) the transmittance of light (laser beam having a wavelength of 660 nm) of the Ni thin film is 3 to 50%, and (b) the surface resistance is 10 to 200 Ω/□, the surface resistance being measured by arranging, on opposing sides of a 10-by-10-cm square test piece (TP) of said Ni thin film, a pair of electrodes each having a length that covers the entire side, and applying a load of 3.85 kg through a flat pressurizing plate.
