Abstract:
A near-field wireless communication device (10) comprises a receiver circuit (101), a power receiving circuit (102), a near-field wireless communication IC (40), a rectifier circuit (50), and a load circuit (60). The receiver circuit (101) and the power receiving circuit (102) have a common circuit section including a coil (20), a capacitor (21), and a capacitor (22). The coil (20) and the capacitor (21) form a first parallel resonant circuit. The coil (20), the capacitor (21), and the capacitor (22) form a second parallel-series resonant circuit. The first parallel resonant circuit and the second parallel-series resonant circuit function as impedance adjustment circuits, whereby an output impedance (Zo101) of the receiver circuit (101) is adjusted to be greater than or equal to a first predetermined value for implementing load modulation, and an output impedance (Zo102) of the power receiving circuit (102) is adjusted to be less than or equal to a second predetermined value for implementing power supply. Thus, operation of both the receiver circuit (101) and the power receiving circuit (102) is implemented.
