Abstract:
Provided is a near-infrared cut filter having excellent thermal shock resistance. Also provided are a solid-state imaging device, a camera module, and an image display device, which have the near-infrared cut filter having excellent thermal shock resistance. This near-infrared cut filter has a resin film containing a copper complex and a resin. The resin film has a tensile modulus of elasticity at 25°C of 0.5-10 GPa, and has a peak of the dynamic viscoelastic loss tangent tan δ in the range of 80-160°C, as measured under conditions of a frequency of 1 Hz and a heating rate of 5°C/min, wherein the full width at half maximum of the peak is 1-50°C.
