Abstract:
Disclosed are a near-zero emission type flue gas multi-pollutant integrated removal system and method. The system comprises an economizer, an air preheater, an electrostatic dust collector, a flue gas cooler and a low-temperature adsorption tower. A shell pass inlet of the economizer is connected to boiler flue gas, a tube pass inlet is connected to boiler feed water, a shell pass outlet of the economizer is connected to a tube pass inlet of the air preheater, a shell pass inlet of the air preheater is connected to boiler intake air, a tube pass outlet of the air preheater is connected to the electrostatic dust collector, an dust discharge port is provided in the bottom of the electrostatic dust collector, a flue gas outlet of the electrostatic dust collector is connected to the flue gas cooler, a condensed water outlet is provided in the bottom of the flue gas cooler, a cold flue gas outlet in the top of the flue gas cooler is connected to the low-temperature adsorption tower, and a clean flue gas outlet is provided in the tail of the low-temperature adsorption tower. By means of the present invention, pollutants are removed by using a dissolution feature and an adsorption feature of pollutant components in the flue gas at low temperature, SO2, SO3, NO, NO2, HCl, HF, Hg and VOCs in the flue gas can also be removed, and near-zero emission is achieved.
