Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of improving quietness inside a helmet (10) and obtaining a neck cover (40) and a helmet (10) that do not feel inconvenient to a wearer (P). In order to eliminate the gap between the opening (Q) of the helmet (10) and the neck (P1) of the wearer (P), an insertion hole (86) for passing through a chin strap (20), which is attached to the inside of the helmet (10), is formed on a portion of a neck cover (40), which is attached to the margin of the opening (Q), that covers the front of the neck (jugulum).
