NECKLACE, BRACELET, FOOTWIRE COMBINATION BRASSIERE WEAR
[Technical Field]
The present invention relates to a shoulder strap of a brassiere, for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet. More particularly, the present invention relates to a detachable shoulder strap of a brassiere, for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet, capable of being used in variable ways and therefore usable in all seasons.
[Background Art]
Generally, a brassiere, one of underclothes for women, is used to protect and support the breasts and correct a shape of the breasts such that the whole figure of a woman wearing clothes looks balanced and beautiful.
The brassiere comprises a pair of inner covers and a pair of outer covers both symmetrically arranged to enclose the breasts. The brassiere also comprises a pair of cups that may optionally include a pad in the shape of a mammary gland to supplement the figure of relatively flat breasts, a main body extending from a lower part and both sides of the cups to wrap around the chest and the back, and a pair of shoulder straps detachably fixed to the cups and the main body using clips formed at each end thereof and is adjustable in length according to the figure.
When a user wears shoulder-exposing clothes over the above-structured brassiere, the shoulder straps are exposed. Therefore, shoulder straps have been improved in aesthetic quality, by using vinyl, steel, and a jeweled bead art instead of the cotton conventionally used. Such aesthetic shoulder straps may be dedicatedly purchased and applied by replacing original shoulder straps.
In spite of an excellent aesthetic effect, however, the vinyl, steel, and jeweled straps have problems in that they may become sticky on the skin especially in summer or even cause a dermal allergy.
The shoulder straps may be made of gold or silver to effect maximal beauty without doing any harm to a human body.
However, consumers would not easily buy such expensive gold or silver shoulder straps which will be mostly used only in summer.
[Technical Problem]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a shoulder strap for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet, capable of not only performing the original function as a brassiere strap, but also being converted to a general necklace, bracelet and anklet, when detached, for use in all seasons, thereby
improving utility, as well as improving an aesthetic quality when exposed by shoulder-exposing clothes.
[Technical Solution] In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, the above and other objects can be accomplished by the provision of a shoulder strap for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet, and an anklet, in a brassiere comprising a main body in which a pair of cups are inserted symmetrically and a pair of the shoulder straps, the shoulder strap including hooks detachably formed at both ends and each having a connection hole, links detachably formed at both ends, and a chain integrally formed at one side such that, when the hooks of both sides and the link of one side are separated, the shoulder strap can be converted to a necklace, a bracelet or an anklet.
[Description of Drawings]
The above and other objects, features and other advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
Fig. 1 is a front view of a brassiere mounted with a shoulder strap for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet according to an embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 2 is a plan view showing the shoulder strap for
combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet, as converted to a necklace; and
Fig. 3 is a plan view showing the shoulder strap for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet, as assembled into a necklace.
[Mode for Invention]
Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of a shoulder strap for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings .
Fig. 1 is a front view of a brassiere mounted with a shoulder strap for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet according to an embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a plan view showing the shoulder strap for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet, as converted to a necklace, and Fig. 3 is a plan view showing the shoulder strap for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet, as assembled into a necklace. As shown in Fig. 1 through Fig. 3, a shoulder strap comprises a main body 10 made of cotton and shoulder straps 20 made of metal .
The main body 10, made of cotton, comprises a pair of cups 11 laterally arranged and strap loops 12. The shoulder strap 20, made of metal, comprises hooks 21
and 21' and links 22 and 22' which are detachably formed at each end, and a chain 23 integrally formed at one end.
One side of the hook 21 connected to both ends of the shoulder strap 20 is inserted in the strap loop 12 formed at the main body 10. A connection hole 21a is formed at the other side of the hook 21 for connection with the link 22, so that the hook 21 and an end of the shoulder strap 20 are connected to each other through the link 22. In the same way, both ends of the shoulder strap 20 are attached to the main body 10 at the front and the rear, thereby forming a brassiere 100.
Gold or silver may be selectively used for the material of the shoulder strap 20 for a more elegant look when the user is wearing shoulder-exposing clothes.
Hereinafter, the process of assembling a necklace from the above-described shoulder strap 20 will be explained.
The shoulder strap 20 is detached by separating the hook 21 from the strap loop 12 of the main body 10. Both the hook 21' and the link 22' , formed at the side where the chain 23 is connected, are separated from the shoulder strap 20. At the other side, only the hook 21 is separated from the link 22. Hence, a necklace 200 is embodied from the shoulder strap 20.
The user puts the necklace 200 on her neck and connects the link 22 to a proper position of the chain 23.
When using the shoulder strap as a necklace as the above, a pendant may be added so as to achieve more various and
aesthetic looks.
Furthermore, the pair of shoulder straps 20 may be manufactured in different designs from each other to be used as different necklaces. The necklace can be converted to, for example, a bracelet or an anklet as well, by doubly winding around the wrist or the ankle.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims .
[Advantageous Effects]
A shoulder strap of a brassiere, for combined use as a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet, according to the present invention, can be attached to and detached from a brassiere with ease through a link. Also, when a pair of the shoulder straps are designed differently, two types of necklaces can be made. Thus, the shoulder strap is capable of functioning as a necklace as well as a brassiere strap. According to the present invention, the shoulder straps can be made of various materials such as gold and silver, and even used in various ways according to the season. Moreover, even a person who has a
dermal allergy can be provided with a harmless, beautiful and practical shoulder strap that is convertible to a necklace, a bracelet and an anklet, rather than a conventional cheap and harmful shoulder strap.
In addition, the shoulder strap can be used not only as the necklace but also as a bracelet or an anklet by doubly winding, accordingly being improved in practical use.
