Abstract:
Provided are a needle-body push mechanism for dispensing medicine, and a method for use thereof; the needle-body push mechanism comprises a frame (1); the frame (1) is slidingly provided with a slider (4) and a clamp member (5); a flexible member (6) is connected between the slider (4) and the clamp member (6); a needle body (7) is detachably connected to the clamp member (5), and the end part (72) of the tip of the needle has a flat-bottomed shape; the slider (4) is driven to move by means of a driving member; under the effect of the flexible member (6), the slider (4) drives the clamp member (5) to slide upward and downward with respect to the frame (1), and is used for inserting the needle body (7) into a medicine-dispensing bottle body or pulling it out of the medicine-dispensing bottle body; the method for using the push mechanism comprises preparing, pushing the needle body (7), and inserting the needle body (7) into the bottom of the medicine-dispensing bottle. In the push mechanism, a slider (4) and a clamp member (5) are slidably arranged on a frame (1), and a flexible member (6) is arranged between the slider (4) and clamp member (5); under the pushing effect of the clamp member (5), the needle body (7) may be inserted, for suction, into the bottoms of medicine-dispensing bottles having different specifications and lengths without damaging the end part (72) of the tip of the needle body (7); the structure is simple and dispensing medicine is convenient, improving medicine-dispensing efficiency, and the invention is widely adaptable.
