Abstract:
This needle disposal container is provided with a lid 102 including an opening portion 121 for allowing a needle unit 202 to fall into an accommodating portion 101. The lid 102 includes a moving portion 131. In combination with the opening portion 121, the moving portion 131 forms an insertion hole 123 into which a needle hub of the needle unit 202 can be inserted. The moving portion or the opening portion has a rotation preventing portion which prevents the needle hub inserted into the insertion hole 123 from rotating. The rotation preventing portion includes two protruding portions 126. A first rotation preventing portion which prevents rotation of a first needle hub 222A is formed on a side wall on the outside of the two protruding portions, and a second rotation preventing portion which prevents rotation of a second needle hub 222B is provided on a side wall on the inside thereof.
