The present application provides a needle insertion assistant and a medical device. The medical device comprises the needle insertion assistant. The needle insertion assistant comprises: a housing assembly having a first inner cavity running through axially; a pushing assembly disposed in the first inner cavity and comprising an inner core and an energy storage element, the inner core being configured to be movable in the axial direction, and the energy storage element being disposed between the inner core and the housing assembly; and a driving assembly, the needle insertion assistant being configured such that the driving assembly is used for driving the inner core to move in a direction from a distal end to a proximal end and enabling the energy storage element to store elastic potential energy, and the driving assembly being further used for driving the energy storage element to release the elastic potential energy and driving the inner core to move in a direction from the proximal end to the distal end.
