Abstract:
A needle resistant material and an application thereof in needle resistant gloves. The needle resistant material is a beaded fabric, mainly comprising a substrate fabric and beads; the resin composite used for the beads consists of the following ingredients by weight percentage: high strength resin adhesive 60-65%, powder 10-15%, flexibilizer 12-17%, and dispersant 3-8%; and the needle resistant material is prepared by using a method which comprises the following steps: mixing a high strength resin adhesive and a dispersant and stirring same, adding a flexibilizer, adding a powder, stirring well; dropping beads on a coated substrate fabric, the beads being round and being arranged in an array, and the surfaces of the beads being rough concave-convex surfaces. Two or three layers of the needle resistant material are staggeredly stacked together at a certain angle and are sewed within knitted gloves at the palms to obtain needle resistant gloves. The needle resistant gloves feature a soft structure and are comfortable to wear, being very comfortable and having very good needle resistant performance.
